Because each item is made to order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing or change of mind. We recommend double-checking sizing before placing your order.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out within 7 days of delivery and we’ll take care of it.

To request help, email us with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue

Once approved, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
