About FTF Racing
The name came first

FTF started as Full Throttle Fam, and the name says most of what you need to know about us.

There are three of us: me, my wife, and our youngest daughter. She's the reason a lot of this happened. She wanted to start racing early — began on mini bikes, and once she got older moved up to street bikes at the drag strip. We started FTF in 2025, though the riding goes back a lot further than that.

Weekends stopped being weekends a long time ago. They're track days, garage days, or ride days.

It started because we couldn't buy what we wanted

FTF Racing didn't begin with a business plan. It began with a problem we had ourselves.

We wanted motorcycle apparel that looked good in daylight — clean, wearable, something you'd put on to go anywhere, not just to ride. But we also wanted it to do something after dark. Most riding gear makes you choose: either you look like you're wearing safety equipment, or you're invisible at night. We didn't want to make that trade.

That's what led us to reflective.

A reflective print sits quiet in daylight — it just reads as part of the design. Then headlights hit it, or a camera flash, and the whole thing changes. The design lights up. From a driver's seat at night, that's the difference between seeing a rider early and seeing them late.

So we made ourselves some hoodies.

Then other riders started asking

We wore them everywhere. At the strip, on rides, around the garage. And people kept stopping us — where did you get that?

For a while the answer was just "we made it." Then enough people asked that we started making extras, then taking orders. What began as gear for the three of us turned, without much of a plan, into FTF Racing.

Three people, start to finish

Nothing about that has changed.

We design with the motorcycle community in mind, because we're in it. We press every hoodie ourselves. We weed the reflective vinyl by hand — pulling away every piece of excess material so only the design is left, which is slow work and the reason each piece takes the time it does. We pack the orders. We sit around arguing about the next design.

When we go to the track, we go as a family. When there's a stack of orders to get out, all three of us have a hand in it.

Nothing is made before you order it. Your hoodie gets pressed for you — that's why we ship in 2–4 business days rather than same day, and why every piece leaves here having been checked by one of us.

What we're not trying to do

We're not trying to make the same motorcycle apparel you can already find everywhere.

There's plenty of gear out there that's fine. Catalogue prints, generic slogans, the same designs with a different logo on them. We'd rather make things that feel like they belong in the bike community — bold designs, reflective pieces that come alive at night, and clothing we'd genuinely wear ourselves.

If we wouldn't put it on, we don't sell it.

For us, FTF will always mean Full Throttle Fam

It's more than the name on a hoodie. It's how this started just over a year ago, and it's still how it runs.

We ride together. We race together. We build FTF Racing together.
